Parking is available at the parking lots near River Mill Park, or on the streets in the surrounding neighbourhoods. Refer to this map. Please be courteous to local residence and don’t block any drive ways!

NOTE: All online registration transfer must be completed by June 5th. You can do them in person on June 7th at the Packet Pick-up for a $20 fee. There will be no registration transfers on June 8th (race day).
Race Packets are to be picked up the Friday (June 7th) before the race. Race packets will be available from noon until 10pm. Packets can be picked up in the start area before the race but we do recommend trying to get them the day before so that you can relax and not be stressed out before the race. Race day pick up always feels urgent and panicked.
Pick-up Location: Active Living Centre (7 Camp Kitchen Rd, Huntsville, ON P1H 1P5) in Huntsville.
Your packet can be picked up by a friend as long as they have a copy of your email confirmation.

Races will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, routes may be altered. Races will be canceled only if absolutely necessary for the safety of participants, volunteers and event staff. In this case, there will be no refunds of race entry fees. Each athlete must accept any such risk.
Here’s the thing, Safety is our number one concern. It can be really dangerous to listen to your iPod with headphones while running! You may not hear cars approaching from behind, or other racers and race officials and someone could get seriously hurt. So officially, we do NOT allow iPods with headphones on the race course. It’s a drag to be sure. On the bright side, we have plenty of entertainment along the course to keep you motivated and having fun. If you are really keen to have music with you, try plugging in a portable speaker like this one, or using the built-in speaker of your iPod or cell phone. Alternatively, run with someone else and start up a conversation. You’ll be amazed at the number of like minded people you’ll meet and how fast the time goes by.

If you are moving up to a longer distance you will need to pay the difference in registration costs.

You can get a Race Registration Refund if you purchase the Extended Refund Policy (ERP) at the time of registration.
Race Registrations without the ERP are non-refundable. The entry fee for this year’s event will NOT transfer to next year’s event, no exceptions. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, pregnancy, etc.
If you think there is a possibility that you may have to cancel your registration – we highly recommend purchasing the ERP.
