Start Time for 10k Run: 8:40 am

The Band on the Run 10K route is challenging. You’ll get to tackle plenty of rolling hills. We like to say that the good thing about going uphill – it means there is a nice downhill in your near future 🙂

There are some great rewards in training for this challenging 10k. If you can conquer the Band on the Run 10k –  you will kick butt on every run you do for the rest of the summer!

Our 10K distance is also very popular for Running Groups and Teams. Find our more about registering a TEAM.

Estimated Number of 10K Runners: 800

AGE: Participants in the 10k must be 12 years or older on June 8th, 2019 OR accompanied on the run with an adult who will run at the same pace.

START LINE: The Start Line is self-seeded. If you are fast then make sure you are near the front. Fast is under 55 minutes. If you are planning to take your time, then start near the back.

STROLLERS: You are welcome to push your baby in a stroller. We ask that you start near the back for safety concerns.

DOGS: You are welcome to run with your dog as long as he/she is on a leash and under control. We ask that you start near the back for safety concerns. Dogs are welcome on the run in the morning but unfortunately are not permitted in the park for the afternoon Music Festival.
